5. Even though a bipartisan legislature made drastic cuts in spending, there may not be enough tax money coming in to fund the state’s budget.  What’s the best direction in your opinion:

Cut taxes and cut programs further?

Raise taxes enough to fund programs at the current level?

If education and senior medical care need funding, raise taxes enough to do that?
